  (Pinckneyville, Ill.) - Du Quoin Middle School improved to 12-1 for the varsity volleyball season last Thursday when they defeated Pinckneyville Junior High School on the road, 25-13, 25-15.
  Ayanna Dunklin had a team-high 5 kills for DMS, Lauren Heape had 4, Loveleen Dunklin 3. A. Dunklin led services aces with 3, Sophie Miller led assists with 11, and Lexi Cobin led digs with 6. Through 13 games, A. Dunklin has 60 kills for the Lady Warriors.
  For PJHS, Addie Waggoner had a team-high 6 service aces and 2 blocks, Adi Foutch had 5 service aces.
  In other recent results for the Junior Lady Panthers, PJHS defeated Pinckneyville District #204 on the road on February 21, 25-14, 25-23, fell at Murphysboro on February 20, 25-17, 25-17, and defeated Chester at home on February 15, 25-13, 25-21.
  Du Quoin's recent matches include a 25-19, 25-6 win at home over Chester on February 21 and a 25-20, 25-16 victory at Nashville on February 20.
